Tracy Bryan Horstkamp, Esquire
Tracy Bryan Horstkamp has been practicing real estate law for 25 years. After majoring in Political Science at Virginia Tech (1988-1992), he obtained his law degree from The T.C. Williams School of Law at the University of Richmond in 1995. Mr. Horstkamp began his career at a law firm in his hometown of Stafford, VA where he worked in their real estate practice and general litigation. Mr. Horstkamp opened his own law firm in August of 1998 in Herndon, VA and has subsequently moved his practice to Leesburg, VA. His firm provides real estate document preparation for approximately 60 title companies in Virginia and Maryland.
Anne Bromley Briggs, Legal Assistant
Anne Bromley Briggs is native of Winchester, VA. She graduated in 2004 from Virginia Tech, where she received a Bachelors of Science in Hospitality and Tourism Management from the Pamplin School of Business. Ms. Bromley first joined the Law Office of Tracy Bryan Horstkamp, P.C. in 2005, where she gained experience in office administration over the following two years. She then went on to work in the medical field for several years before re-joining the Law Office in 2013.
